Bok Choy with Chinese Sausage
Bok Choy is one of my favorite vegetables, alongside Napa cabbage. It cooks very fast and is very tasty with just a little bit of seasoning. Frying it with some Chinese Sausage makes it even better.
Instructions
- Put sesame oil and sliced garlic gloves into a wok on high heat and fry until garlic turns brown.
- Add in sliced Chinese Sausage and fry until its cooked and browned.
- Add in the Bok Choy with the stems chopped off. Add in water if the wok gets too dry.
- Stir in chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and fry to taste.
- Serve on plate with topped sesame seeds and enjoy!
