Instructions
The main part in making Korean Kalbi Ribs is just getting the ribs marinated really well. Use this recipe and let the beef marinate for at least an hour, overnight for best results.
Ingredients:
- 4-6 lbs. Beef Kalbi Ribs
- 1/4 Cup Rice Wine
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 TB Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 Cup Pear Juice
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Minced Garlic
- 1 Onion in Slices
- 1 TB Red Pepper Flakes
