InstructionsBasically just put all the ingredients into a pot and boil it, the amount of time you simmer it depends on how tender you want the pork bone meat to be, then season to taste.
Serve this however you like, with noodles or with some other main dish.I added in some Bok Choy and boiled it with the soup when I ate it with noodles. Note: Boil the noodles in a separate pot so you don't get the noodle starch mixed in with the soup.
