Salted Pork Belly
This is basically a dish you would eat at a Korean BBQ place when you order 'pork belly' as one of the meats you want to grill. It's very simple and tasty.
Instructions
- Marinate the Slice Pork Belly for about 30 minutes in 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and salt and pepper.
- Grill it with a teaspoon of sesame oil until browned or a bit burned to your liking.
- Serve with the dipping sauce-- teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of black pepper, tablespoon of sesame oil topped with sesame seeds.
- Eat with Panchan (Korean Side Dishes), Rice, and other Korean BBQ meats if you have it available.
