Dice and Marinate Chicken with 1 TB Rice Wine, 1 TSP White Pepper, 1 TSP Black Pepper, 1 TSP chicken Bouillon, and 1 TB of Soy Sauce.
Heat up pan or wok with 1 TSP of Oil and Green Onion, wait until pan gets hot and onions turn brown.
Add in the chicken and grill until cooked at medium heat so the meat doesn't get too tough, add water when needed if pan gets too dry
After the chicken is cooked, add in 1 TB of Chili Oil and 2 TB of Chili Flakes, fry together for about a minute
Then Add in the Soybeans and stir fry them together, add more water if it gets too dry. (If you add in more water add additional chicken bouillon or seasoning to taste so the flavor isn't too bland)
Then add in the cashew and stir for about 30 seconds. (Notice How here my pan is a little soup-y because I added more water in and additional 1 TSP of Soy Sauce, just season to your taste)
