Sweet Korean Pork Ribs
1. In a pot add in 2-3 cups of water, enough so that it barely covers the pork ribs (don't submerge it in water). Add in 2 TB of soy sauce, 1 dark TB Soy sauce, 1 TB Honey, 1 TSP Black Vinegar, 1 TB Rice Wine, 1 TSP Garlic Salt, 1 TB Black Pepper, 1 TSP Chinese 5 Spice, 2 Stalks of Springs Onions(cut).
2. Wait until the pot boils and then add in the pork ribs and boil in medium heat until pork is tender. |
3. Drain out the pork ribs and put it into a separate bowl. **DON'T THROW AWAY THE SOUP**
4. Mix in 2 TB of GochuJang, 1 TB Honey, 1/2 cup of sugar into the soup and this will be your glazing sauce. Mix until all ingredients blended in together and the sugar is dissolved. (Should dissolve since the soup is still at hot temperature) |
