Beef Tongue Stir Fry
Introduction
This dish is very simple to make, an easy stir fry that tastes like the meat from the Korean BBQs that you order and grill.
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced Beef Tongues with rice wine for about 10 minutes.
- In a wok, heat the sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onion.
- After about a minute, put in each slice of garlic tongue 1 by 1 and fry together until the beef tongue is fully cooked then add in the salt and pepper.
- Garnish with some additional green onion and serve.
