Fish Fillets in Chicken Gravy
- Marinate the fish fillets with salt and pepper for about 10 minute then coat it evenly with flour.
- Dip each fillet into the beaten egg and then coat it again with Italian bread crumbs.
- You can either bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or fry it in medium heat, depends on you.
- To make the gravy simple heat a sauce pan and pour in the chicken stock and stir in the corn starch until the sauce thickets. Add in corn if you desire.
- Serve the fish fillets with the sauce pour on top garnished with oregano. Enjoy :)
