InstructionsFirst Marinade the Fish Fillets, make sure you evenly coat the sides with chicken bouillon.
Then align the Sugar, Salt, Pepper, and half of the ginger and scallion slices on the steaming plate.
Cut the fish fillets into sizes that will fit the bowl and put in the rest of the ingredients, add additional salt and pepper if desired.
Steam for about 20 minutes and serve!
