Instructions
This is a Cow Tongue.
Chop up the Meat into thin Slices and then shave off the skin.
Marinate all the Meat in enough rice wine so all the meat is covered.
Wash the beef thoroughly.
Put the Beef in a broth that has:
- enough water to cover the meat
- 1 onion
- 6 stalks of green onion
- 5 slices of ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce to every 3 cups of water
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 Cup Rice Wine
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- 4 Cups of Daikon, Cut into Pieces
Boil until beef is tender.
