There are many variations of what chicken soup is, it varies differently from cultures and even within different households of the same culture. The ingredients to make 'chicken soup' is entirely up to how you like this comfort food to taste. In my personal preference, these are the ingredients I use (Chinese Styled Chicken Soup):
