Cajun Flavored Rice with Shrimp and Andouille Sausage and Roasted Cauliflower tossed with Bacon and Olive Oil
Instructions
Shrimp Paella
- Slice the Smoked Andouille Sausages and in a Wok Heat up 1 TBS Of Minced Garlic and 1 TBS Oil then add in the sausages and shrimp and Stir Fry until Shrimp is fully cooked.
- While Shrimp is Cooked Coat every cup of Cooked Rice with 1 TBS Butter, 1 TSP Cajun Seasoning, 1 TSP Black Pepper, 1 TSP Chicken Bouillon, and 1 TSP Garlic Powder.
- When the Shrimp is finished cooked toss it together with the Rice.
Roasted Cauliflower w/ Bacon
- In a Pot Bring Enough Water to cover the Cauliflower to a Boil, then add in the Cauliflower and boil for 3 minutes
- Then Dice up the Cooked Bacon and Toss together with Cauliflower and Season with 1 TBS Paprika, 1 TSP Salt, 1 TSP Black Pepper, 1 TBS Olive Oil and 1 TSP Chicken Bouillon.
- Then Put in Oven and Roast for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees.
