Sweet n Spicy Korean Styled Popcorn Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breasts, Cut into Pieces
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TBS Rice Wine
1 TBS Minced Ginger
1 TBS Minced Garlic
1 Green Onion Stalk, Cut into pieces
1 TBS Dried Red Chili Flakes
1 TBS Oil
Oil, for Frying
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1 TBS Mustard
1/2 Cup Rice Syrup
1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts
1 TBS White Vinegar
1 TBS Brown Sugar
Sweet Potato Starch
Instructions
Marinate Chicken with Salt, Pepper, Ginger, and Coat with CornStarch
Take out the Chicken Once it Turns Golden Crispy Brown
Add brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, syrup & bring to boil
Now add the Chicken and Coat them with the sauce
Bring Enough oil to Cover Chicken Pieces and Fry
In a Pan, add Garlic, Oil, Green Onion, Red Chili Flakes and Stir for a minute
Then add the Peanuts into the Mix and stir for 30 seconds
Toss the Chicken in Sesame Seeds and Serve. Enjoy~
