Why Make Your Own Rather than Buy it Pre-made at Markets?
In the local Supermarket in my area, 3 Bags of Dumplings are $10 when it is on sale.
This is around 60 Dumplings.
Now from the Same Supermarket the Ingredients you need to make around 50 dumplings Costs you around $5.
Dumplings make a great meal, side dish, or just having spare food on the side because they can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Decide what you want in your Dumplings
To having enough filling for one package of dumplings skins (which makes about 50) you'll need this:
1 lb of Meat

2 Cups of Diced Vegetables

Seasoning

Now to make your filling, choose a combined total of 1 lb of meat, 2 cups of Diced Vegetables, and Add in all the Seasonings.
For example: You can have 0.8 oz of Beef, 0.2 oz of Diced Shrimp, and 0.6 oz of Pork. Up to you. Also, these are just some popular filling of pork/vegetable/seasonings in dumplings, doesn't mean you can't add other types of meat and vegetables if you want.
In a bowl, Mix the fillings of your choice and blend well together.
Fold the Dumplings~
1. Take a Dumpling Skin and Place on you palm, wet the edges of the dumpling skin.
3. Fold the Dumpling and Pinch and Seal the Top Part Only
5. Then do it to the other side, make sure to leave enough skin for another flap.

2. Place about 1 TBS of Filling in the middle of the Dumpling.
4. On One side of the Dumpling Fold the sides to an indent with a flap like so.
6. Then on Both sides make another flap and then you're done!
