Bossam (Korean Pork Belly Wraps)
IntroductionBossam is a Korean Dish that revolves mainly around the boiled pork belly in a delicate balance of seasoning. The meat is then served with Romaine Lettuce, Radish Kimchi, Rice, SsamJang (Fermented Soybean Paste), and other Korean Side Dishes.

Instructions
1. First marinate the pork belly for around 30 minutes with cooking wine, salt, and pepper so its more aromatic once its boiled.
2. Bring a pot with water to a boil and add in the ginger slices, garlic cloves, onion, green onion stalks (cut in half), jujubes, and some salt and pepper.

3. After 20 minutes of low simmering in the pot add in the pork belly slices and watch if the soup needs skimming. The meat will probably take around 20 minutes to cook.
4. Next take out the pork belly slices and while its cooling down i kept the soup to make a Kimchi Meatball soup to serve with the Bossam. I just added in some Kimchi Juice, Some fresh green onion, Beef Balls, and Glass Noodles.
5. Now Cut the Pork Belly into wrap-able pieces and serve with Rice, Meatball Kimchi Soup, SsamJang, Kimchi, and Romaine Lettuce. Enjoy (:
