Ingredients
- Soybeans
- Shredded Carrots
- Egg Whites (or regular eggs, beaten) -- Egg whites provide more protein with barely any cholesterol
- Green Onion, chopped
- Rice, cooked, I'm using Brown rice
- Sesame Oil
- Seasonings: Chicken Bouillon, Cumin, Chili Flakes, Soy Sauce, Rice Wine, Black Pepper, White Pepper
Instructions
Heat up 1 TBS of Oil with the white parts of the green onion and 1 TBS of Chicken Bouillon
Then put the egg on the side of the pan and heat up additional oil and saute the carrots
Then add in the soybeans and add additional water if necessary if the wok/pan gets dry

Then add in the egg whites , of beaten eggs and saute until scrambled
Stir fry everything together & add in 1/4 cup Rice Wine and 1 TSP White Pepper, add in scallions
Stir Fry the ingredients and add in 1 TBS Black Pepper, 1 TBS Chili Flakes, 1 TBS Salt
Now add in the Rice and additional Green Onions if desired. Season with 1 TBS Chicken Bouillon, 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce (more or less depending on how much you are making), 1 TBS Cumin, 1 TSP White Pepper, 1 TSP Black Pepper. Then Season to taste. |
