Pork Belly and Fried Tofu in a Glazing Salty Sweet Sauce
Instructions
Marinate the Pork Belly with 1 TB of Rice Wine, 1 TSP Black Pepper, 1 TSP White Pepper, 1 TSP Salt, 1 TSP Sugar, and 1 TSP Chicken Bouillon
Heat Wok with 1 TB of Oil and add in 2 ginger slices and green onion
Add in Pork Belly and Pan Fry until cooked
Add in a 4:2:1 Ratio of Water : Soy Bean Paste : Oyster Sauce I used 4 TB Water, 2 TB Paste, and 1 TB of Oyster but you might want to cut that amount in half if you are cooking a less amount of pork belly (I cooked 2 lbs)
After the meat is cooked, take it out so you're left with the boiling sauce
Then add in the Deep Fried Tofu Slices
Stir Fry the tofu so that it soaks up the sauce
First plate the tofu after its done cooking
Then garnish with long green onion slices on one side
Add the pork belly on top and garnish with minced green onion and serve!
