Pork Chops with a hint of sweet flavor fried with caramelized onions.
Instructions
Marinate the Pork With all the ingredients except the Onions and Flour for about 30 minutes.
Then coat the pork chops with the tapioca flour.
Heat up a pan with 1/2 cup of oil and fry the onions in it.
Fry each side of the pork for about 5 minutes and then flip at MEDIUM-LOW heat. *Don't burn the pork chops and make sure they are thoroughly cooked* Then drizzle 1-3 TBS of Soy Sauce on top.
Garnish with Seaweed Flakes, Green Onions, or Sesame Seeds and Serve.
