Sausage Fried Rice
Introduction
One of the most popular dish in Chinese restaurants. Its a comfort food for many and something everybody recognizes. Best part about this dish is it barely takes any ingredients and is pretty effortless.
Instructions
- Heat up 2-3 tablespoons of oil in wok with the white parts of a green onion until it turns brown.
- Add in the eggs and season with salt and pepper and scramble it.
- Add in 3-4 links of diced Chinese sausage (more if you like more meat) and stir until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Add in the broccoli and carrots(you can add in other veggies if you want too ex. corn, peas, cabbage, etc) and fry until cooked.
- Now add in the cooked rice and stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Add in 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Taste test the fried rice to see if it fits your taste buds, season with additional salt+ pepper if desired.
- Served with Chinese Chili Sauce and enjoy :)
