What is Shabu Shabu?
Shabu Shabu is a Japanese Dish that decsenced from the Mongolion tradition of "one-pot" Cooking.
In essence, Shabu Shabu is a big pot of soup mainly consisting of sliced beef.
Of course, there are variations of what type of meat can be in the soup, such as pork, lamb, and seafood.

"One-Pot" Coooking
How is it served?
- First off, you'll need a large pot with a heating source to heat it up, then fill the pot up with water and season it to the type of flavor that you desire.
- Shabu Shabu is eaten by keeping the hot pot in the center of the table boiling, so that the diners can 'dip' what they want to eat into the soup, wait for it to cook and eat it. So now, you'll need to prepare very thinly sliced meat, assorted vegetables, tofu, fish cakes, and anything else you want. It's really up to you and what your diners prefer.

How to I season the soup?
